2010 – 2012 - Founder and President of the Lithuanian Association of Small Consumer Credits. Member of the Working Party in Lithuania’s Parliament when adopting the Lithuanian Law on Consumer Credit.
Since 2008 he has been the founder and head of a number of credit granting companies in the United Kingdom, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He actively develops and adapts the latest credit technologies for the current market.
Currently, Juozas' main activity is CREDITONLINE, which is recognized as the most innovative Lending Technology (EUROPE) in the Fin Tech Awards 2021.
Eglė Krolytė-Plentienė is the AML Compliance Officer responsible for its implementation on the CREDON platform. She has been working in UAB CREDITONLINE, a loan business management software since 2014 and has been overseeing their legal department and in charge of the appropriate data security measure implementation and upkeep in the company. She has also worked at the European United Credit Bureau for 7 years, which was a database of debts and liabilities established in 2009, where she over sees the data protection measures in more than 8 countries where the data base operates. Egle also has a background in law and data security; therefore, she oversaw the restructuring of the legal department at the CREDITONLINE as well as the company’s full compliance to General Data Protection Regulation. At CREDITONLINE, Egle was in charge of designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.), evaluating performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics, participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.), etc.
Paulius is the co-founder and head of specialized FinTech law firm EXE.Legal and one of the leading sub-prime lending and financial services experts in the region. He has been working with fintech companies and start-ups since 2008, including various crowdfunding, P2P, consumer lending platforms, advising on licensing, compliance and other issues. His professional strength is the ability to incorporate both, his legal and business management backgrounds, to understand the needs of business operations, thus providing valuable insights into various corporate, compliance and product structure issues. Paulius focuses on technology-oriented clients, solving their most complex and novel legal challenges. Paulius is also active in academic field, lecturing in leading Lithuanian universities for more that 10 years already, and is currently an author of 15 publications and more than 50 presentations in various academic conferrences.
Rasa is an expert in credit services, has been working as CEO for more than eleven years in the parent company of the CREDON platform HST KOMUNIKACIJOS and has extensive experience working with the regulator-the Central Bank of Lithuania, often making new relevant proposals for implementation and use in the credit market. She deals with licensing, patenting of the CREDON platform and maintaining internal documentation in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts. She also works for CREDITONLINE, UAB, a lending technology company. Rasa has a background in system testing to ensure the best possible user experience.
